Ecommerce website checkout error

I have a website that needs an error fixed on my checkout page of a woo commerce store. Currently, it does not redirect to the Payment gateway page to complete the purchase but just directs to a blank page, what needs to happen is when you click "Proceed to paygate" is the payment gateway page needs to load to finish the purchase
