EDM to send thru email

My business needs an EDM to send out via email. The EDM should contain text, image and hyperlinked text, with no videos. It must be responsive as well. We plan to send out multiple emails - so the EDM needs to be designed in order to support a series of communications. We do not have a preferred platform for sending the emails.
