Drupal - Rugby club community website

I'm looking for an experienced (!!) Drupal developer to create a community website. The site is mainly a listing site but will have a series of other sections for rugby related interests and business. Ideally, the developer can also provide services for all of the graphic design decisions that must be made during the project.

The site should be build while using existing plugins and templates wherever possible. A key element should be a map displaying all of the required locations in the world. In general, the look and feel of https://en.muzeo.com is appealing but the home banner should be an interactive 'map' with geo-locations that can be browsed (such as on http://themes.g5plus.net/benaa/home-06/).

An ideal LP would be a 3D Google Earth Globe where the user can interact directly by touch etc. I can share a rough sample LP I had made a few years ago. I am open to all ideas but whilst there will be a lot of background extra pages, the main essence is to have a easy interactive LP to search manually or by touch (on all devices).

It is critical that all of the best practices of Drupal are followed and that upgradeability is not compromised due to wrong coding decisions.
