Drag and drop angular website builder

I am looking for someone who can develop an angular website builder by using drag and drop feature where a user can drag and drop predefined components from a list into a page layout and the layout is rendered to angular template similar to those drag and drop html page builder. I am myself a senior angular developer but haven't got the extra time to develop this. The code should strongly make use of angular material features as the functional testing system will make use of the angular material component harnesses. No unit test is required for this project however I will review the code thoroughly. The code should be a standalone angular module where I can use in another angular app. The angular components from the list would be cards, sliders, tabs, or any other angular materials components and the data can be static or dynamically loaded from a predefined database.
