Doc to HTML

I am looking for a freelancer to design a layout and then convert it to HTML (original file is in doc format) in order to create a web page. The layout and formatting will be same as a webpage i will show you (from the web)

Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS
- Experience in converting documents to HTML while preserving layout and formatting
- Ability to create interactive and dynamic elements in HTML if needed
