Digital Menu Product Highlight Feature

I'm looking for a developer to enhance my client's digital menu by adding a featured products section.
"I have a client who wants to highlight a few products at the top of their digital menu.
Would it be possible for us to create a little project to add that feature?
I made a quick sketch to show how it could look.
The idea is that clients can choose which products they want to highlight, and they would appear like in the image below.
On desktop, it would show 3 or 4 products. On mobile, just 1 product in a slider, where you can swipe left to see the next one (and after the last one, it loops back to the first).
This is just a rough sketch. If you have any ideas on how to make these featured products stand out more, either with shape or color, feel free to use your creativity."

Requirements:
- Client should be able to choose which products to highlight.
- Desktop View: Slider showcasing display 3-4 highlighted products
- Mobile View: Slider showcasing 1 product at a time, swipe-able to next (loops back to first).
- Visual Standout: Use unique shape or border with slightly rounded corners.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with QrexOrder - Restaurant QR Menu - WhatsApp Ordering & Reservation SaaS Platform
- Front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- UI/UX design experience for desktop and mobile
- Ability to implement client-driven design changes
