Develop a prototype platform powered by chat GPT

I'm looking to hire a freelancer to help develop a platform powered by chat GPT. We want to create a website that makes is possible for our users to upload a pdf-file. By using chat gpt we want to analyse the pdf-file for certain specific details so that we manuelly dont have to read all the pdf documents in order to find the information. We do this by asking chat gpt questions. Based on this information chat GPT will generate a so called implementation plan and through our website is will be desplayed to our users so that they can export the new file. We need the prototype to show our potential customers and investors.
