Develop WHMCS Email Template

Hi,
I am looking for someone that understands how WHMCS works.
I wish for someone to edit my WHMCS email template this will require to edit the Global Email CSS Styling, Client Email Header Content, and the Client Email Footer Content within my WHMCS installation.
The template will be required to fit all devices when sending emails. I have attached the template that I wish to integrate. This is a must and if you don't then please don't bid and waste my time.
