Develop a Traveler Declaration Form using ASP .Net Web application
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Develop a Traveler Declaration form for the Passengers arriving at Maldives using ASP .Net Web application which should meet the following:
a. The project should contain a minimum of 5 screens which could be navigated forward and backwards with the help of two buttons (Prev& Next).
b. The first screen should be a Log-in page; the “Next” button of the Log-in page should appear only if the username and password are valid. (Username and Password are your choic.e)
c. The other screens could be Personal Information Screen, Travel Details screen, Health Information Screen and Summary Screen. You could add your own ideas also.
d. The Passport, Resort Booking Receipt, and Photo have to be uploaded to a folder.
e. Add Calendars and Ad-Rotators wherever necessary.
f. Try to use all the controls like Labels, Textboxes, Buttons, Radio Buttons, Check Boxes, Dropdown list box, List box, Image Buttons, Images, File upload control, User Controls, Views & Multi views and Panels.
g. Try to include all the Validation controls wherever necessary.
h. The last screen of the application should be the summary page, where all the details about the passengers are tabulated when the user clicks the SUBMIT button.
i. Be creative and develop an attractive Web application.
