Lending Platform Requirement (Condensed Format)
Overview:
ATOM is a referral-driven lending platform where lenders offer funds to borrowers via a regulated intermediary (ATOM). Inspired by the P2P-NBFC model, the system ensures structured EMI lending, borrower verification, and controlled fund flows.
User Roles:
Admin: Manage all users, approve/mod user details, block/unblock, view transactions, configure interest/fees/repayments.
Lender: Complete eKYC, set max lend amount, repayment method (EMI or fixed duration), interest rate. Track active loans, earnings, requests, and notifications.
Borrower: Register, verify identity via DigiLocker, upload 3-month salary slips + company email (OTP verified), post loan need (amount, EMI/duration), specify UPI ID for disbursement. Can only have 1 active loan.
Signup/KYC Flow:
Mobile/email OTP → Enter profile info (Name, Country, State, City, Pincode, Occupation) → eKYC (Aadhaar+PAN via DigiLocker) → Set password.
Lender Flow:
Select EMI or fixed days → Enter interest rate and duration → View borrowers matching criteria → View borrower profiles → Accept request → Funds sent to ATOM → Admin configures repayment schedule → Status: [Send to ATOM] → [Received] → [Schedule Generated].
Borrower Flow:
Post need (amount, EMI/months or fixed days) → Match with eligible lenders → View lender list → Send request → Wait for response → Status: [Request Sent] → [Approved] → [Money Disbursed]. Dashboard shows active loan, EMIs, payment progress, next due date.
Admin Dashboard:
Edit profile details, view all transactions, borrower-lender links, logs, and modify repayment plans, interest rates, and commissions.
Payment Flow:
Lender sends funds to ATOM → Admin receives funds + borrower details → Admin configures final repayment terms → Deduct platform fee (e.g. 2%) → Disburse final amount to borrower's UPI → EMI plan generated and shared with both parties.

Frontend: Flutter; Backend: Spring Boot; DB: PostgreSQL; eKYC via DigiLocker; Payment: Razorpay/PayU; Auth: OTP
UI/UX:
CRED-like premium UI (dark mode, clean cards, minimal layout). App must be responsive, modern, and smooth with rich animations.
