Detect local IP, hostname and username of a PC with a web page, then add them in a different link and open it automatically.

1. When opened the page "www.abc.com/a12.html" (example) on PC, the page detects the Local IP which is 192.168.1.100 (example), the hostname which is MyPC (example) and the username which si Myname (example).
2. Add the IP, hostname and username to the link of another page www.xyz.com/1234 (example) automatically and it looks like this: www.xyz.com/1234?ip=192.168.1.100&hostname=MyPC&usernama=Myname.
3. From the browser where be opened the page www.abc.com/a12.html, open the new link (www.xyz.com/1234?ip=192.168.1.100&hostname=MyPC&usernama=Myname).
2. Add the IP, hostname and username to the link of another page www.xyz.com/1234 (example) automatically and it looks like this: www.xyz.com/1234?ip=192.168.1.100&hostname=MyPC&usernama=Myname.
