Design proof for html email and landing page

I am looking for a designer to create a proof for an HTML email and landing page. Our existing branding guidelines must be followed. The main goal of the email and landing page is to announce an update to our consumer application experience. We do not require any specific functionality or features on the landing page, but we do need it to provide information. Ideal skills and experience for this job include proficiency in HTML and CSS, experience designing email templates and landing pages, and the ability to follow existing branding guidelines.
