Design and code home page, product page and about us page

We are a service based company and am looking for a web designer who can design and code the pages in HTML.


What is expected from you:
- I will need the Homepage, Product page (we are not an eCommerce site) and a about us page.
- Website has to be responsive
- The web template should be fast loading with a brilliant Google Pagespeed score
- Should use the latest tools and adaptive technology
- Should be modern and clean
