Design and code an ebay listing template

I am looking for a custom eBay listing template to be designed and the code to be supplied. Would also be good to be supplied with all the source image files just encase their are any problems with hosting in the future. The template must be fully compliant with eBay's latest rules and regulations. Should also be responsive, mobile friendly and compatible with all the main browsers. Its really important for me to see your previous work so I would be grateful if you could let me see your portfolio. This may give me more idea's of designs I like. I am not looking for a standard ready made template, I am looking for something that looks better than my competition and gives me an advantage over them.
