Pa11y Dashboard Setup

I'm looking for someone to set up a Pa11y Dashboard for me to monitor website accessibility. The setup should be secure, comprehensive and automated, allowing the dashboard to gather accessibly-related data on my website on an ongoing basis and give me feedback in real time. I'm looking for someone with the technical skills and knowledge to create this dashboard for me, as well as the communication skills to explain the data and the setup process in simple terms. Additionally, I'd like to place the dashboard behind a secured login page.
