DNN9 Home Page & Inner Page Skin from PSD

I'm looking for a skilled developer with experience in DNN9 to create a home page and one inner page skin based on a provided PSD.

Ideal Skills:
- Expertise in DNN9
- Proficient in PSD to HTML conversion
- Experience in creating website skins

Please note that specific design elements and functionalities of the home page and inner page will be provided in the PSD. The selected freelancer will need to translate these designs accurately into DNN9 skins.

The provided PSD have been created by our professional designer and are provided in an organised tidy format.
