Customize Magento PWA Studio

I am looking for a developer to customize my existing Magento website using PWA Studio. The customizations required include both Theme/UI and Functional changes, and they are of high priority.

Remove Magento core modules
Unused Bytes in each page
Replacing libraries
JS, CSS and HTML minification.

Switch Magento to production mode and optimise composer autoloader.
