Custom functionality on WIX website

Hello, I'm currently looking for a freelancer to help me with some custom functionality on my WIX website.
I already have a website that's been built, but I need help with adding specific features. These features will need some bit of HTML coding (or out-of box approach) as these are not available as part of in-built WIX elements. More precisely, I am looking for hover integration with Content Manager, a clickable button to appear on the hover, and a sub-sub page. While these are major tasks, there are few more minor tasks where I need help.
Description
As in the attached picture, there are 4 hover boxes. Upon hovering on the first box, we can see 3 buttons. Goal is to be able to click on any of these and open another box with more specific details about that topic. All this information should flow from a table in Content Manager.
If you think you can create this within WIX, do reach out! Please don't suggest that you can create new solution elsewhere or suggest a new design altogether. I am not looking for design consultation but for a technical solution. Thank you for your time.
PS - If you can solve this, we might work on a lot of projects in future as I have to build a complete portal eventually.
