Custom blog templet looks as a website (for blogger).

I need a google blogger templates that look like a website and has the following:
First: the main links area. (in Header and footer)
1- Biography (link to page includes my Biography).
2- Articles (link to the page has an interface to my articles, including the blog).
3- Books (links to a page have a list of my books)
4- courses (links to a page have a list of my courses)
5- send me, ( link to a page has a contact form and the message forwarded to my email)
6- Schedule a meeting (link to Schedule application)
Second: social links area (in Header and footer)
Icons links to my Twitter, face page, youtube, sound cloud, and RRS subscribe.

Third: the landing page
1- changeable rotate banner every some second, and the photos can be linked-to pages.

2- section shows last articles in the blogger with focusing on the last released articles. And the link to the blog's land page.
3- section show the last youtube video. And the link to the youtube channel.
4- section show the last broadcast from Soundcloud. And the link to the Soundcloud broadcast.
5- section show the books. And the link to the book's land page.
6- section show the courses. And the link to the course's land page.

We need to make a meeting to discuss each point. And talk about the cost and time.
