Custom WordPress Business Site Build

I already have my domain pointed to a HostGator account and just need the site itself put together. The goal is a professional business website on WordPress with a completely custom look—no off-the-shelf themes.

Here’s what I need done:
• Install and configure WordPress on my HostGator hosting.
• Design and build a lightweight custom theme that matches our branding, loads fast, and looks great on mobile.
• Create and populate three public pages—Home, About Us, and Contact Us—using placeholder copy that I can swap out later.
• Add a secure, behind-login section for employees only, where I can upload training videos and documents. Role-based access is fine as long as it keeps the content private.
• Set up basic on-page SEO, performance optimisation, and any essential plugins.
• Provide a short hand-off guide so I can update pages and upload new files myself.
