Custom Woocommerce Plugin for Vintage Bags

I am looking for a developer to create a custom plugin for my Woocommerce store, which specializes in unique vintage bags. The plugin should enhance user experience by allowing customers to register their email addresses for notifications when a product that matches their selected criteria becomes available.

Key Requirements:
- When a bag is sold, it remains visible on the site.
- Customers can register for email notifications based on user-selected criteria similarity.
- Criteria for product match include Color, Brand, Hardware, Material, Model, and Product Type (Bag, Belt, Wallet).
- In the backend, there should be a list of customer requests visible to the admin.
- Customers should be able to view and manage their requests on the My Account page, with the option to delete any request.
