Custom Small App/Script For Wix Website(Urgent)

I don't accept Auto bidders! I need very simple small custom script/app for my wix website(pro)
*Users will register (can be another db or wix db doesnt matter) ( Email, Name, Surname)
*Once a user register we will give a username/password and download link of the game and a small description. ( I will give 500 username and password . System will give one of them to user . )
*I need to see how many people registered
No Complex system. Just a registration form and after it giving username/password to user and the link.
I need this system ASAP.
