Custom Loan Calculator

Looking for a custom program that allows me to input the following variables into a form that is updatable: Name of Borrower, Loan Amount Authorized, Interest Rate (simple or compounded monthly), Date of Funds Advanced and amount, Date of Additional funds advanced and amount of additional advance (need to be able to advance additional funds unlimited number of times), Change interest rate on specified date to an amount, Insert a Discharge Date (date loan is to be paid off). With variables provided should provide a user friendly printable statement in PDF format showing: Name of Borrower, Total Amount of Funds Advanced, Total Interest Charged, Total Interest Charged annually, Amount due to discharge loan on specified date. A separate printable statement in PDF format showing: Name of Borrower, Total Funds Advanced, Date and amount of funds advanced, date and amount of additional funds advanced, monthly interest on funds advanced at the end of every month after the first advance, amount required to pay off loan, amount of payoff amount that comprises loan and interest, total effective interest rate. Needs to be more than an Excel Spreadsheet and require no math skills. The variable input prompts should be simple English into a simple Form: for example, Name of Borrower?, Maximum Amount of Loan Authorized?, Date of Advance & Amount Advanced?, Date of Additional Advance & Amount of Advanced?, Interest Rate on Loan (monthly rate or annual)?, Simple Interest or compounded monthly?, Date Loan to be Repaid?, Change interest rate to XX, simple interest or compounded monthly, on XX date?
