Custom Hugo Theme(s)

We create small 3-5 page websites created mostly with text-based content. Looking for someone that knows and can leverage the Hugo templating system. Most themes out there are noisy, filled with huge images, and look more like a creative design challenge than a website that does what it's supposed to...get the phone to ring. We want a well-designed theme that allows us to create the text-based content, with some images and then drop that into the template, run the Hugo command to build the site, and be done.
