I’m looking to have a streamlined Customer Relationship Management system built specifically for my business so that every client interaction is logged, searchable, and actionable in one place. The core of the build is robust contact management: I need clean data entry screens, quick import / export options, activity timelines for each contact, and simple tagging or segmentation so I can pull targeted lists in seconds.
While sales tracking and email automation may be layered in later, the first milestone is a rock-solid contact module that staff can start using immediately on desktop and mobile browsers. Clean code, an intuitive UI, and straightforward user permissions are critical.
