Crowdfunding Investment Web App Development

I'm looking to build a web app that will allow investors to fund specific projects. The app will include a membership model, with a fee for access. Here's what I need:
- **User Roles**: The app will have two main user types: Admins and Members. Admins should have the ability to manage the content of the app, while Members should only be able to view the projects.
- **Project Focus**: The projects on the platform will be primarily around real estate investments and small business startups. The focus is on crowdfunding - where multiple investors contribute to a single project.
- **Member Interaction**: It is important that Members have a view-only access to projects. They should be able to see active projects, but not interact with them beyond viewing.
Ideal skills for this project include:
