Create website with 6 pages and setup tables in DB

I currently have a godaddy account with web hosting. I need to have a 3 page website in HTML and java. These pages will consist of an image with boxes that contains data from a backend DB. Attached is a picture with an example of the image and information boxes that will be how I want the pages to look. Just with different images and information.
I need to have data from an excel spreadsheet loaded to 12 different tables in SQL. These are where the data for the pages come from. so the logic will need added to the web pages where the data is pulled from those tables based on my instructions for each field.
