Create a website with NextJS 13 + Typescript

I am looking to create a completely new website using NextJS 13 + Typescript. The website will be for a counter-strike servers network and will have 7~10 pages. I have a clear vision for the design and layout of the website and am looking for someone who can bring my idea to life. I need someone who is experienced in using NextJS 13 + Typescript to develop the website and ensure its functionality for both desktop and mobile.
