Create two HTML pages for me
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I want to have only 2 static HTML pages designed from scratch. Look at below links
Page1(Home Page): https://uxdt.nic.in/wp-content/uploads/templates/template22/home.html
Page2(Inner Page): https://uxdt.nic.in/wp-content/uploads/templates/template22/inner.html
I only want to have above two pages designed BUT it should be totally from scratch. NO use of HTTRACK or other website copier.
Maximum budget for this pages is 3000 INR.
