Create a tournament website where players will create tournaments and join

i want to make a website where users will join
tournaments (tournaments will also created by
users not by admin)
1 user will create tournament and another will
join that tournament
there will be a joining fee, will be used from
there wallet.
after matching of 2 players they will come to a
page where they will see room code of ludo king
game, they will copy that room code and paste in
to ludo king app and join a game by that code.
both player wil play ludo king game. at the end
one user will win and one will loss. both have to
post there result in that website, user have to
post winning screenshot and losser have to
select option i loss.
then winning amount will be added to
winner's wallet
users can withdraw their money in there account
any time by payout gateway.
there will be also a refer and earn 1% commision.
