Create landing page
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I am looking for a talented web developer to create a one page landing page from a picture. The design needs to be seo friendly + responsive and the speed needs to be 90+ in google page speed. This needs to be done ASAP, the faster the better. But the quality needs to be top notch. This is a small task. Bootstrap can't be used as it reduces the page speed. Only custom css can be used.
