Create html responsive email template

I have a html template that we want to change the heading. Instead of the purple circle in the centre we want the "untitled design" image in the top right corner (as html not as an image). This is a small project so please send to me when you're done and I will check and award/pay you immediately.
Add "ghhg0" to your proposal so I know you're working on it. Feel free to message me that you;re working on it.
We also want it as circles in all emails (see how it shows as a square in windows)
