Create/program a small graphic, and several links to an email I've already created.

This is an urgent need. This email is 98% text, which I've prepared. I have the layout. I have the Hex# for the only 3 colors, and the font chosen. I need someone to do a small amount of programming to create a custom arrow pointing to a link to my website, and create a few links. I have the font chosen too. I need this by this coming Tuesday, morning (US ET) Sept. 14th. You must have a had at least 20 projects on Freelancer and have excellent ratings. Thank you.
