Create a custom shopfy website for apparel brand

I am looking for someone to help me build customized theme for eCommerce store (either from scratch or from a theme ). There are some screen shots attached to describe what it looks like. Workflow is something like this -
- User search on home page and which calls an API endpoint and get 4 pictures in return.
- User can select any of the picture and it change the photo on customizable tshirts (and all other products).
- User can then select and of the product and pay for it.
- The order than is passed on to Printful API to be custom made and fulfilled by them.
