Create a custom plugin for Moodle to grade quizzes as Satisfactory or Not Yet Satisfactory

Hello! I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to create a custom plugin for Moodle that allows teachers to grade their quizzes as either Satisfactory or Not Yet Satisfactory. The custom plugin should feature both automatic and manual grading capabilities, and I don't have a preferred programming language so feel free to use whichever one would be best for this project.
