Create Website in Short Time
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Customizable Forms: Admins can create and customize forms for file reviews, allowing flexibility for different file types and queries.
Simple User Input: CDI specialists and champions can easily fill out review forms using a streamlined interface.
Open and Closed Files Tracking:
Separate views for open patient files (not yet discharged) and closed or reviewed files.
Status indicators and detailed views showing pending and completed queries within each file.
Advanced Search and Filters:
Users can search for patient files by ID or other parameters like department, date, or status.
Custom filters allow refined searches, such as unresolved queries, specific physicians, or documentation issues affecting insurance.
Multi-query Handling:
Users can address and update multiple queries for a single file, tracking resolved and unresolved queries.
Partial corrections can be tracked, enabling ongoing work on files while still showing what remains to be done.
Editable Responses with Admin or Champion Acceptance (Only for Removal):
User Editing with Logging: Users can edit their responses for specific file IDs, and all changes will be logged for transparency.
Removal Requires Acceptance: If a user removes a response, the removal must be reviewed and accepted by an admin or CDI champion to ensure the deletion is justified and properly reviewed.
Integration with Google Sheets:
All results are automatically saved to Google Sheets via an API, ensuring that the data is up to date across both platforms.
Any changes made on the website will reflect in Google Sheets for data consistency.
KPI Tracking and Calculations (in Google Sheets):
KPI tracking, including metrics like the number of queries raised, resolved, and the time to resolve queries, will be done directly in Google Sheets for performance monitoring.
Insurance Needs Management:
CDI specialists can track specific insurance-related needs, such as missing OR notes or incomplete documentation, which affect insurance acceptance. This ensures that all required documentation is properly tracked and resolved to avoid delays or denials in insurance claims.
