Create Twitter (X) feed code for HTML/Javascript web site

We had a Twitter feed integrated onto our web site showing our own posts for many years and it suddenly ceased to work due to all the changes that happened at Twitter. I am not sure why this actually happened exactly but I know we are not alone with this problem, see:

If you think you know how to make this work please let me know, we had a snippet integrated onto our web site but it has been removed since then and I would really like to be able to show our feed again.
What I am expecting as the output for this project is the HTML/javascript source code that I use to copy paste onto my web site.
