Create a NuxtJS based homepage

I have a project in hand to convert a frontend template written in Nuxt (Vue), I want to convert most of the pages to React, I want to convert page by page, the frontend just calls APIs from the back end, and accordingly shows the data or feeds the data to the backend.
I need a developer who can work with me to do this work. Who understands the NuxtJS code and can create new React code along with some new features? I can help to make him understand the code in Nuxt. The page design will be the same as the template page in Nuxt (may be little changes will be required)
I can pay per page conversion. $20 per page fixed.
