I'm looking for a skilled designer/developer to help create clean and modern web pages with interactive scroll-based effects.
These pages will showcase different services I offer — around 10 to 12 simple pages with a unified layout and engaging scroll-triggered animations (such as rotating, fade-ins, slide-ins, or parallax effects..etc).
The goal is to present content in a smooth, dynamic way that enhances user experience.
You can use any stack or tool you're comfortable with — Figma, Framer, Webflow, or HTML/CSS/JS.
