Create 2 HTML pages based on the reference website.

I wish to build 2 similar HTML pages: the home page and menu page(based on the reference website) attached as PDFs. When the job started, I will send the URL of the reference website. I am also a developer because I am too busy currently cannot handle this request so that I would like to find some help with it.

The requirements are below

1. Build a similar appearance with different implementations. ( copyright issues need to be avoided)
1. allow 30% different appearance.
1. if the appearance is much better than the reference website, then we can discuss it.
2. allow 3% code similar.
2. Responsive mobile-friendly webpage.
3. Floating footer button when open the page as mobile or tablet model. (ref: mobile-floating buttons.png)
4. Floating red notification. (ref: mobile-floating buttons.png)
5. Fast loading with good practices.
1. lazy loading google fonts(if you use)
2. lazy load images.
3. lazy load unnecessary js and CSS files, for example, google map js, and swipebox.css.
4. must pass the google lighthouse test.
5. SEO friendly.
1. Reasonable tag showing related content.

What I will provide:
1. reference website URL when Job start.
2. Google Map API key and js code. You don't need worry to about google Maps marker Js code, I will provide it to you.

Extra:
if you could create additional CSS files to change the appearance of the HTML files you created, a job quote also well come.
