Create an HTML Page to be an Interface for XML and JSON File

I want to create a single HTML page that include some records and once those records are saved, it update an XML and JSON file that is hosted online, for example, those records could be digital menu boards that have records like title of the item, picture, description, and price or it could be a meeting room records with room name, attendees, time start, and time end, picture.
