Create a Coursel page -- 2

i have a page done in html and some code in vb to get the referencefolder , i need to modify the images part to read from the lastest folder created by my web service
and the names of the images define where the images come from (Ex. New01,Photo01...etc) i need the menu to highlight News if the image is News01.jpg ...etc
i prefer someone familiar with razor and vb & javascript
