Create an Automated Process/Workflow on Airtable

We're looking for a freelancer and/or consultant to set up a workflow process template what can be automated but customized for multiple book projects (publishing industry).
We have identified the steps we would like to be defined in this process and any dependencies/assignable tasks, etc, that go along with each step.
The ideal result would be a template that can automatically create a "tentative schedule" based on a publication date for a book or something relatively close to this to this to minimize manual data entry and scheduling.
