I'm looking for a professional web developer to create a corporate style HTML web page. The page should be optimized for Bluefish 2.2.15 and similar to https://schmidt-haensch.com/es/. Key requirements:
- Multi-Language: The site should support English, Spanish, and Swedish, with an easy option to switch languages.
- Rotating Banners: There should be a section for event-based rotating banners that change according to the date. Banners should repeat for new dates.
