Copy/Rebuild a website using WordPress and Elementor

Hello,
I need someone to recreate this website and all its pages for me using WordPress - getmagic.com. The new site needs to have exact same design. I don't need any functions like the login feature.
I need the design to be rebuild with WordPress. It would be best if you can do it with Elementor, so I can further edit it when needed.
I am very familiar with hmtl/css and CMS and have hands on practice with building websites, but I don't have the time to get this done myself. This is mostly a static design job. You need have CSS knowledge to be able to copy the design exactly.
In the proposal, let me know how you can get this done and how much time you would require!
