Cool film portfolio website with subtitle effects and bouncing logo
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
Hi!
I'm seeking an experienced frontend web developer who can help me build a portfolio website from a Figma prototype.
The site will have three main sections:
* Home page with a filter
* Project page
* About page
A unique feature that I would like to incorporate are subtitles that appear and disappear on top of thumbnails based on scroll position, creating a dynamic and engaging user experience. I'm envisioning a fade in/out effect for the subtitle.
Another feature will be a Logo that bounces from on side of the browser frame to the other. Like a DVD
screensaver back in the days used to.
The video player (content sourced via Vimeo) features a customised navigation: Play/Pause, Timeline, Fullscreen
The page should feel fast, snappy and compact.
Ideal skills and experience would include:
* Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
* Experience working with Figma prototypes
* Knowledge of UI/UX principles
* Past experience with scroll-based interactions/effects and video player customisation
* Use of Kirby CMS is a plus
Your main tasks will be to:
* Develop and test the website based on the provided Figma prototype.
* Work close with the Designers
* Implement the designed dynamic subtitle and bounce effect.
* Ensure compatibility across different browsers and devices.
* Create a mobile Version too
* Set up a clean CMS
* Set up Host and Domain (both is provided)
