Convert word document to Jotform - Move In/Out Form
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need a move in/out form created on Jotform and implemented on my Wix website. I have a template that should be followed closely.
Key project tasks include:
- Using my brief to understand the form requirements.
- Collecting the necessary information on the form
- Following the template form I have, without needing to make modifications to the fields or layout.
Ideal freelancer should be:
- Proficient in Jotform
- Experienced with Wix website implementation
- Able to follow a provided template closely.
- Implement conditional logic, if specified in the form
- Appropriately paginate the form to suit the WIX layout in desktop and responsive mobile design formats.
All work must be completed for an initial review within 7 x days.
Final work must be completed after any amendments required within a further 7 x days.
