Convert a website home page to html

I have a website built on the Weebly platform and need someone to Re build the home page in html. You will need to create a css also a colour css so the menu colour can be changed and button colours, link colours, header and footer colours can be changed also I’ll need an image folder to store the images (logo) header image etc.
