Convert laravel project to template

Hi

I have a project created in laravel, and I want anyone can take every page of that laravel project to template page.
We need just html of every page, that means, NO needed functionally.
Example:
https://demo-metered.vuefilemanager.com/sign-in
That URL is login, you just copy html, jquery (for form validation) and css of this.

Example 2:
https://demo-metered.vuefilemanager.com/admin/user/create
This URL show form to create a new user. You just need take html, jquery (for menu options, form validation and drag and drop box for user avatar).

Remember: You will need import on local this laravel project and you need convert all pages to html.
Project will be provided by me to the best freelancer.
