Convert existing Joomla! website to Wordpress

We need a Freelancer to build us a new Wordpress site in place of our existing Joomla! site at youcanhelp.com.au. The existing site has terminal issues which cannot be remedied as well as being non-user friendly in regards to content modification.
The new site will be very similar to the old site in respect to menu structure and content. The new site will need a Shopping Cart (Woo Commerce?) and a contact form and SEO opti- misation (Yoast?).
